Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor will play a one-off solo acoustic show at London’s KOKO on the 8th May.
Of the announcement, he comments:
“Everyone’s been asking me when I was going to come back to the UK and do some acoustic stuff – honestly, it’s not because I didn’t want to!! So since I’m going to be in London doing some stuff in May, I decided we’d make one happen!! And I cannot WAIT!!”
The show is ahead of Slipknot’s US tour in June with Marilyn Manson and Of Mice & Men. Fans of Stone Sour can also expect a new album, which is currently in the works and pencilled in fora 2017 release.
Tickets for the KOKO show will go on sale on Friday (22nd April) at 9am, available from Live Nation. A limited amount of pre-sale tickets will be on sale from tomorrow (20th April) at 9am.
