Rob Lynch has announced details of his sophomore album Baby, I’m A Runaway, which will be released via Xtra Mile Recordings on the 22nd July.
The singer/songwriter has given us a glimpse into his new record with Sure Thing. Of the track, he explains:
“It’s a song about being in a bit of a slump and longing for someone to drag you out of it, whether that be through a person themself or through music/literature (there’s a few nods to my favourite writers/artists in there). The joyous nature of the music is supposed to win out over the downbeat lyrics to invoke an overall sense that everything will be alright.”
Pre-orders of Baby, I’m A Runaway are now live, available from iTunes and Banquet Records.
Rob Lynch will perform at Slam Dunk Festival and 2000trees Festival over the summer, as well as the following shows:
May
Fri 27th – YORK – The Black Swan
June
Thu 2nd – LONDON – Scala (w/ Fatherson)
