Black Orchid Empire have unveiled an anime-style music video for This City, the third taste of their forthcoming debut album Archetype.
“We all absolutely love anime and the freedom of expression that the medium allows, and it’s been incredibly exciting to be able to explore that with this video, rounding out the stories we’ve told with our previous singles by showing this dystopian, sterile future,” explains frontman Paul Visser. “The guys at RamJam did an incredible job, and we’ve been absolutely blown away by the results all the way through the process. We can’t wait for you guys to check out what we’ve created – plus seeing ourselves portrayed anime-style is just badass.”
Archetype is set for release on the 11th November – the band will tour in support of the album. Catch them at one of the following dates:
