Alter Bridge have announced two special headline shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall, set to take place on the 2nd and 3rd October.
The band will perform songs that they haven’t previously played live as well as fan favourite hits, taken from their five album back-catalogue. For the first time ever, Alter Bridge will also be accompanied by Parallax Orchestra, a 52-piece London-based symphony orchestra conducted by Simon Dobson.
General sale tickets are on sale on Friday 16th June via Live Nation and the Royal Albert Hall box office on 020 7589 8212.
Alter Bridge have also announced a new live album and rarities collection, titled Live At The O2 Arena + Rarities, due for release on the 8th September via Napalm Records.
The album commemorates the band’s show at the London arena on the 26th November 2016 and features all of the tracks that the band performed on the night. Not only this, but the record also features a full-length rarities CD, containing never-before released tracks Cruel Sun and Solace that were recorded during the One Day Remains session, as well as Breathe which was only released as a US retail exclusive via Best Buy. The rest of the rarities CD features songs that have only previously been released in Japan.
