2000trees Festival has announced a further 36 bands joining their 2020 line-up.
The acts confirmed in this latest announcement are:
Beach Slang, Demob Happy, The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die, Spanish Love Songs, Hundredth, Airways, Hotel Lux, Together Pangea, The Virginmarys, Haggard Cat, Fangclub, ’68, Nova Twins, Ditz, Stake, Static Dress, Erica Freas, Delair The Liar, S.T. Manville, Chloe Moriondo, Bob Vylan, Bent Knee, Gatherers, Giver, Tom Jenkins, Harry Marshall, InTechnicolour, Grief Ritual, Superlove, Sapphire Blues, Lande Hekt, Katie Malco, Holiday Oscar, Non Canon, Zeb and Andrew Cushin.
The new additions join previously announced headliners Jimmy Eat World, as well as The Amazons, Creeper, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Young Guns, Boston Manor, Knocked Loose, COUNTERFEIT., The Joy Formidable, Dream State, The Get Up Kids, Silverstein and many more.
Last year saw 2000trees ban plastic and introduce the GreenGoblet cup scheme, which contributed to a six tonne reduction in waste compared to 2018. They also had Frank Water at the festival for the first time, serving 6, 700 litres of chilled filtered water from their kiosks, saving around 13, 500 single use plastic bottles from ended up in landfill or oceans.
In 2020 2000trees will be teaming up with two charities: Attitude Is Everything, who work with audiences, artists and the live music industry to improve Deaf and disabled people’s access to live music; and TREE AID, which works with local communities to help them protect and grow trees, for themselves and for future generations..
2000trees Festival takes place between 9th-11th July 2020 at Upcote Farm near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 24th January, available HERE.
