Glaswegian quartet Spyres have released their new single Fake ID through 7 West.
“Fake ID is all about the days you went out and tried to get away with someone else’s ID and getting knocked back…even if you try to put up a fight, we’ve all been there,” explains vocalist/guitarist Emily Downie. “I think a lot of people can really relate to it.”
“Getting back in the studio was exciting for us, from seeing the reception Otherside has got just gives us so much more drive to keep releasing more tunes,” she adds. “I’m buzzing to see what 2020 holds for us as we already have so many plans and exciting things lined up including festivals and gigs with some of our favourite bands.”
