Oliver Tree has released his debut album Ugly Is Beautiful via Atlantic Records. The album marked the return of the meme-making extraordinaire, who announced his early retirement in March and came back in May after a hacker held him hostage, in exchange for 1 million Instagram likes (which Oliver achieved in 24 hours).
Ugly Is Beautiful features two RIAA-certified Gold singles, Alien Boy and Hurt, and is available to stream or purchase HERE.
Oliver Tree also partnered with Guinness World Records to build the world’s largest scooter at twenty feet tall, which he rode for half a mile on Friday 17th July 2020 to commemorate the release.
“This is something I’ve always dreamed about doing. It’s taken me most of my life,” he says. “I grew up reading Guinness World Records in the library every day of middle school, so to be part of that legacy – that’s a true honour.”
