With his debut solo album CMFT set for release on 2nd October 2020 via Roadrunner Records, Corey Taylor has announced a global streaming event to celebrate the special occasion. The Forum Or Against ‘Em stream, which will take place on album release day, is a pay-per-view event recorded at The Forum in Los Angeles.
The full arena production event will see Taylor and his solo band performing a set-list containing tracks from CMFT alongside fan favourites from the Slipknot and Stone Sour back catalogues, with some special covers thrown in too. Girl-gang dance squad The Cherry Bombs will also be making a guest performance during the event, which looks set to be an unforgettable night for all Corey Taylor fans.
Speaking about the release event, Taylor explains: “I’ve been saying since the beginning I’d find a way to bring this music and this band to the people. And I’m honoured that The Forum let us do just that. It’s CMFT in its entirety. It’s songs I’ve shared over the years. It’s a celebration, and I’m so stoked to party with all of you.”
