MUSIC NEWS: 156/Silence Sign To SharpTone Records & Release Video For New Single ‘Vexation’
Hardcore/metal quintet 156/Silence have announced their signing to SharpTone Records.
“We’re beyond stoked to be working with SharpTone!” says guitarist Jimmy Howell. “Their roster is insane and we’re so grateful for the opportunity. Between the rerelease of Irrational Pull and our future plans, we really feel like they’re the right choice to help us grow as a band.”
“It’s still so insane to me how this all came together the way that it did,” adds guitarist Ryan Wilkinson. “No one can say we didn’t work for it though. Now we’re label mates with two of my favorite bands growing up, and one of my favorite bands currently.”
156/Silence will release a deluxe edition of their album Irrational Pull on 27th November 2020 via SharpTone Records. The new version will feature the original record, alongside three brand new unreleased tracks, a cover of Alice In Chains‘ classic Them Bones, and the band’s new single Vexation.
