Post-hardcore duo Frauds have released a video for their new single Ships, taken from their upcoming sophomore album Long Spoons.
“I pictured someone similar to Daniel Plainview’s character in the film There Will Be Blood – a guy full of superficial charm who turns up in a small fishing community that functions perfectly without outside influence, yet he always manages to sell them the dream which inevitably destroys the community and the environment,” explains drummer/vocalist Chris. “He then sails off into the night having got what he’s needed and moves on to the next location to do it all again.”
