Shining are back with a video for their new single IDGAF, continuing in the musical direction of their 2018 album Animal.
“My whole life has been about not giving a fuck – or mores specifically not giving an F about what other people think I should or should not be doing musically,” says frontman Jørgen Munkeby. “And not giving a fuck is pretty damn healthy from time to time. As we’re heading into the opening of society again, I’m hoping we’ll see a new Roaring 20’s, so I wanted to write a song that fits this vibe. To help usher it in, so to speak. Let’s all give a bit less fuck and have a bit more fun, shall we?”
