Alt-rock duo Light Grey have released a music video for their new track PRBLM, taken from their forthcoming EP Are You Even Real.
The track tells of a friend prioritising their addiction and dependency over their friendship, bassist/backing vocalist Mikey Connolly says: “The line “little pictures” in the chorus is a reference to the first picture we ever took together with our friend in a photo booth that carried a lot of sentimental value which was lost when the friendship ended”.
Guitarist and vocalist Ciaran Nevin adds: “I actually recorded the track to submit as a project for college. I didn’t expect anything really to come of it other than for the assignment… But then I showed Mikey the track while we were in the studio writing some other songs and he loved it”.
The video was directed by Oscar Hackett (nvrmnt.com/films) and can be seen below.
PRBLM is available to stream HERE. Light Grey’s EP Are You Even Real is self-released on 29th October.
