Wage War have released the video for ‘Godspeed (Stripped)’, a slightly countridied and twangy version of the original, which appears on 2021’s Manic. Ultimately, this version demonstrates the depth and breadth of the band’s songwriting.
“‘Godspeed’ was one of our favorite songs off of Manic. As soon as we finished in the studio, we knew it need the ‘Stripped’ treatment,” Wage War shares. “We always try to give each song its own unique style. Growing up in the South, the song naturally adopted a country flare. We hope everyone enjoys the first acoustic breakdown — that we know of.”
