Out Of Love have released a video for their new single Unplug My Head, out now via Venn Records/Secret Friends Music Group.
“I worry about about everything, I worry so much about all potential outcomes I end up not enjoying 99% of the things I do,” says vocalist Jack Rogers. “I wrote Unplug My Head during a really bad episode of my anxiety. I’m always jealous of people who seem to be able to ‘live in the moment’ and let go.
“There was lots happening around the time the track was imagined The war starting up in Ukraine, The cost of living crisis plus a few personal problems and it seemed no matter where I went or who I spoke to, I couldn’t avoid hearing about all the things I was actively trying to avoid. I was so stressed about everything I remember being on the phone to a friend and literally saying I want to unplug my head and the idea was born!
“I wanted a day where I could forget everything, live outside my own brain and switch off. This track is about just that!”
