Kid Bookie has announced his new album Songs For The Living // Songs For The Dead, due for release on 13th September 2024 via Marshall Records.
In light of the announcement, Kid Bookie has released a video for his new single Scars.
“It’s about not being able to leave when you know you should,” he explains. “You’re in a mental torture prison, and you haven’t got the strength to leave. You know you should leave, but you’re scared, you’re hurt, and this is what the scars can make you do – people put you in mental prisons, and sometimes the only thing you have left to remember is the scars they leave.”
