It was our first but definitely not the last time, experiencing the mesmerizing, alluring and positively entrancing Nadine Shah at HEAVEN nightclub on Thursday 2nd May. Thursday nights at HEAVEN are Club nights, so an early start to ensure curfew before 10pm meant a highly charged and focused set that kept the fully captivated crowd spellbound from start to finish. The photos have aimed to capture the essence of Nadine who surely is on the cusp of greatness and far bigger venues.
Support was provided by the difficult to define but totally magnetic and spellbinding Callum Easter. On Spotify, his sound is unusual but compelling; live, he is something else entirely. With no verbal introduction, no farewell, and minimal interaction with the hundreds arrayed in front of him, Heaven was ultimately left to simply dwell on the talent they had just witnessed. One to look out for in the future, totally unique!
