MUSIC NEWS: Alexisonfire Announce Live Album & Share ‘Little Girls Pointing And Laughing – Live’
Alexisonfire have announced their live album LIVE Born & Raised 2022, St Catharines ON is set for release digitally on 27th June.
“St. Catharines was a perfect breeding ground for young independent bands. There was no shortage of venues where you could play or promote a show,” says vocalist George Pettit. “So in the early 2000s, Alexisonfire learned a lot of what we needed to know coming up in St. Catharines. Coming back and playing a massive festival in Montebello Park was not only fun but served as an opportunity to give something back to the city that taught us how to be a band.”
The release was taken from their Born & Raised Festival set and looks across the band’s discography. The first taste of the live release has been shared in the form of Little Girls Pointing And Laughing; the first song the band wrote together.
