Harper has released the video for her latest single Bird In A Cage following her historic performance at Download Festival.
The track was co-written by Leo Valeri (Brand Of Sacrifice) and Ben Lumber (Acres), with Harper saying of the track “Bird In A Cage was written about feeling trapped and alone and being let down by the people who are close to you. This song is different to any song I’ve done before and I really wanted to show I can do more than just scream. It’s possibly my favourite song I’ve done to date! “
Harper made history this month by becoming Download Festival’s younger ever performance which was also her debut live show.
