Sea Girls have released their new single Polly, taken from forthcoming album Midnight Butterflies.
“At the time I was talking about how some of the early Beatles stuff, like “Girl”, lyrically felt like a Drake song and how modern some of the phrasing still felt,” says vocalist Henry Camamile. “So I was inspired by those melodies and matter of fact lyrics, like “I wanna hold your hand. Something simple, exciting and relevant day to day. “We had a lot of fun delving into the feeling of being dumbstruck by someone to the point of not being able to speak”
