Eidola have released a video for their new single Prodigy, taken from their upcoming album Mend.
“Prodigy is about pursuing your passions to the highest extent possible while navigating the self-doubt and ego trip that comes along with it,” explains Andrew Michael Wells. “It’s a message for anyone who’s ever had a dream in life and argued with the voices in their head telling them they should quit. The song is a dialogue between a creator and their own inner monologue telling them they’re not enough or they’re way too much. In the context of Eidola, it’s the final time we break the fourth wall and present an overture about the psychological journey it took to get where we are now.”
Mend is due for release on 17th January 2025 via Blue Swan Records/Rise Records, available to pre-order HERE.
