BABYMETAL have announced the world premiere live stream of 10 BABYMETAL BUDOKAN <DOOMSDAY – I to X>, set to take place on 26th June 2021 ay 1pm BST / 9pm JST.
On 7th January 2021, BABYMETAL headlined the Nippon Budokan in Japan for the first time in seven years. The band followed strict COVID-19 guidelines enforced by the country and by the Toyko Metropolitan Government, with their ten performances at the venue carefully monitored to follow all preventative measures.
The setlist for the final performance, DOOMSDAY – X, featured a total of 13 songs focused on their album 10 BABYMETAL YEARS, which was released in December 2020.
The world premiere of the live stream will feature special edits of the footage from across the ten performances at the Budokan.
