Former letlive. guitarist, Jeff Sahyoun finally announces his new project Erase Theory with heartbreaking arena-ready single Stay.
Marked as the second release from self-titled debut EP, the track details the emotional turmoil Sahyoun faced as his fiancé moved out of their home. It’s raw honesty eminent, perhaps a result of the fact it was written within two hours, as she packed; “I was so sad, I didn’t give a shit about what it sounded like or how honest I was being.”
This poignancy a theme throughout the awaited EP, as first single Lost It shared a similar message of turbulence. But there is an underlying theme of “No matter what life throws at you, we will always have music…to me, it’s one of the most powerful assets the universe has given to us” a sentiment fans will echo.
