Belmondo have released a video for their new single Ventriloquists, taken from their upcoming debut EP The Blessed and The Evil.
“At the start of last year I met someone so manipulative that I had to process my experience of them through Ventriloquists” explains vocalist/guitarist Kelan Moore. “They had this ability to convince people to do whatever they wanted despite being constantly cruel and degrading to them. It was like they were puppets on strings, hence the title. It took some time to get over it but this is my way of saying I’m no longer a puppet on their strings.”
