Acres have announced their new EP What It’s Like To Feel Worthless, due for release on 25th October 2024 via Tooth & Nail/Solid State.
The band have also released their new single Deadweight.
“When writing Deadweight, we were really conscious keeping all the elements of what we’re known for but also welcoming in the new sound,” says vocalist Ben Lumber. “It’s cathartic and anthemic. Lyrically, it’s almost like a conversation between two people expressing how they feel about each other, and coming to terms with how they feel. It’s the first time I’ve written this way.”
