Massive Wagons made a welcome return to Glasgow for their biggest show in the city to date, bringing South Wales’ finest rock outfit Florence Black, along for the ride.
The Welsh band warmed up the crowd with their wonderful mix of grunge and heavy rock, which has solidified them into one of the country’s leading rock n’ roll exports. There’s no stopping Florence Black as they continue riding the nightrain at break-neck speed into 2025. Massive Wagons burst on the stage, taking the energy to a seismic level. Set opener Missing on TV set the pace for a highly-charged set full of sing-alongs and crowd participation, which the Glasgow faithful were more than up for.
The band is an absolute masterclass in what a rock show should be. Frontman Baz is an absolute force of nature, jumping and kicking across the stage with the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand as he led them through track after track of fist-pumping rock anthems that will be remembered for years to come. The band delivered a fifteen-song strong set that was nothing short of spectacular and perfectly suited to the large SWG3 venue. As the band continue to grow, nothing is stopping them from becoming one of the UK’s largest and most well-respected rock bands. Jump on board; It’s going to be one hell of a ride…
