The Fifth London International Tattoo Convention will take place at Tobacco Dock, 50 Porters Walk, Wapping, London E1W 2SF, on September 25/26/27, it is being hyped as 'more diverse than 2008’s hugely successful, recession-defying, tumultuous, colourful event.' which might seem like a tall order but looking at who is already lined up to appear and also performing it looks like it could be a breeze for this event to be HUGE!
