Three years after their album 'Nova', Polar return in full force with their brand new album 'Everywhere, Everything' - released last month via Arising Empire. Pushing their boundaries and exploring new territory, the band teamed up with long-time collaborator Ellie Price for their single Rush, creating a song like no other in the Polar discography. We caught up with vocalist Adam Woodford to discuss the  writing process, themes, the music video and more.

Veteran hardcore stars Polar return with 'Nova', their fourth full length, and by their own account, most personal work to date. A newfound maturity and experimentation sees the band build on their last effort with mixed results.

Last month Canadian hardcore outfit Counterparts hit the UK and Europe to tour their latest record 'You're Not You Anymore'. Joined by Polar and Napoleon, we took a trip to Cardiff's Clwb Ifor Bach to get a piece of the action.
