Following on from the release of their debut album Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow, Yonaka headed out on tour earlier this month for a series energetic and chaotic live shows. Check out what went down at the Glasgow show in our photo gallery and review here.

The Xcerts are currently rounding off their most successful album cycle to date with 'Hold On To Your Heart'. In the last 16 months it's seen the Scottish trio get a top 40 album, tour across Europe, release their 'Wildheart Dreaming' EP which features tracks that didn’t make the album and take their sound to arenas with Busted. We ventured down to the London show of their tour at The Garage to have one last dance, before they head back into the studio to record their follow-up album.

These kind of shows have been a long time coming for Bury Tomorrow. The band’s sincerity and passion has never been in doubt, and yet it’s been a consistently bumpy ride to success for them. Perhaps that’s part of why this current run of show feels so triumphant: Bury Tomorrow got here through sheer perseverance and being better than their peers. No gimmicks, no lucky timing, not really any haircuts to speak of. Just pure graft.

Within the ever stirring world of metalcore, Beartooth are an American band who have been absolutely soaring over the past year or so. During their last visit to Glasgow, they landed what could be described as a 'pretty good' impression; but with a recently released second album entitled Aggressive and a supporting tour to match, any chance to see a possibility of improvement of an already solid live band is a graciously accepted event.

Last month Dance Gavin Dance made their long awaited return to the UK as part of their 10 year anniversary tour. The dates not only featured current vocalist Tilian Pearson, but also ex-vocalists Kurt Travis and Jonny Craig who shared vocal duties on select songs. We took a trip to the Glasgow show to capture some memories on camera!
