Having made a name for themselves on the Bristol scene, Beyond Recall have taken their music global. 2017 is set to kick off with the trio releasing their latest EP Selfish Scars bringing their unique mix of heavy rock with a hip-hop edge to brighten your year.

Upon the release of their debut album INGUZ, it seemed that things started to click for Swedish band Normandie. Not only did the band hit the Billboard Charts with force, they were also announced as UK tour support for pop-punk veterans Yellowcard on their farewell tour. Ahead of their huge support slot, the band set out to the UK on their first headliner in July. We went to the Manchester date to check them out!

Yellowcard will say farewell this year with their final album and world tour dates.

Now in its tenth year, Slam Dunk Festival weekend is a highlight for many music lovers across the country. 2016 saw the relocation of Slam Dunk Midlands to Birmingham’s NEC, we headed down to check out some of BTN’s favourite bands on what looked set to be a brilliant day of live music.
